A range of publications relating to the development and implementation of the indicators of illegal logging have been published since the project began in 2006. These include methodology briefings, results of the pilot studies, country report cards (from 2010), country assessments (from 2014-15) and two synthesis reports (from 2010 and 2015).

Illegal Logging and Related Trade: Measuring the Global Response

A draft set of indicators was developed in 2006 to monitor the global response and the progress made towards reducing illegal logging and the associated trade. This paper presents the findings of a feasibility assessment of these indicators, using data for 12 countries, and sets out recommendations for future monitoring efforts.
